About the event

NEW Weekly Boxercise Class

Looking to try something new this September? Then come along to Warrior Martial Arts Academy's new weekly boxercise class at Ilkley Martial Arts Centre, starting Wednesday 24 September, 7.30 to 8.30pm .

Led by our brilliant instructor, Ben, this high-intensity workout is suitable for those who've done boxercise before and absolute beginners. Boxercise is a great way to improve your fitness, increase your confidence and boost your energy levels as the darker nights draw in.

Classes are £6 per session or free to existing members. We'll provide the kit, so bring yourself, a bottle of water and bags of enthusiasm!
