Buddhafield North Open Retreat-Padmasambhava and the Dakinis – The Magic of Transformation

Join us for a week-long family-friendly retreat as we immerse ourselves in the transformational presence of the 8th century guru, Padmasambhava, and the freedom, wisdom and unobstructed energy of the dakinis!

We will be exploring these mythic figures and how they can inspire and change us, through storytelling, meditation, ritual, creative activities for all ages, music, campfires… and the famous Buddhafield North Play!

We will also be engaging in the tantric practice of living together outdoors in the beautiful West Yorkshire countryside, working together to create a living and practice space for our sacred community at the start of the retreat, maintaining it with love and care during the retreat, and then dissolving it back into empty space at the end.
