I'm excited to announce that I’ll be offering outdoor yoga sessions in the peaceful surroundings of The Cowshed Café starting from Sunday 20th July, running through to the end of September – weather permitting ☀️🧘‍♀️

A perfect way to start your Sunday with movement, mindfulness and fresh air in a beautiful setting 🌼
