We guide you through this process, offering many tools, somatic wisdom practices, and compassionate support to help you weave the wisdom gained during ceremonies into your daily life. MEET YOUR FACILITATORS:
The retreat is guided and held by 2 experienced facilitators and friends that both are deeply devoted to the study of various philosophies, modalities, and ancient techniques for self realisation to achieve optimal health and integration between body, mind, heart & soul.
MILLY RUEDA: Milly is the founder and facilitator of Casa Alma, where she offers private Ayahuasca retreats in the heart of Brazil’s Atlantic rainforest. With over 15 years of experience in spiritual practices and ancient techniques, Milly combines yoga, plant medicine, and conscious healing methods to support profound transformation. Drawing from her studies in various philosophical traditions, she creates a nurturing, sacred space for individuals to connect deeply with their higher consciousness, explore their true self, and experience profound healing. Milly’s approach is grounded in compassion, integrity, and a commitment to guiding others on their spiritual journey.
ANNINA YANDANA: Annina is a facilitator, bodyworker and practitioner of Embodied Counselling. Her work is rooted in the wisdom of the body and inspired by ancient traditions, blending embodiment, mysticism, and everyday alchemy for deep healing and transformation. Drawing from extensive training in a wide range of modalities with a focus on somatic therapy, she helps people transmute emotional blockages and step into their full potential. With a deep respect for nature’s rhythms and the wisdom of sacred plant medicines, Annina creates transformative spaces for healing, empowerment, and soulful expansion for those ready to embrace wholeness.
