St George's Leisure Centre SME Supplier Engagement Day

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets invites local SMEs to a supplier engagement day for Contractors interested in assisting with the design and construction delivery of the St George’s Leisure Centre Redevelopment (St Georges Leisure Centre, 221 The Highway, London, E1W 3BP).

Learn more about the project, discover upcoming work packages, and position your business for potential collaborations ahead of the main tender for a Principal Contractor, launching spring 2025.

The scheme will provide high quality leisure facilities alongside new Council owned homes. It will deliver:

• A new fit for purpose leisure facility with wet and dry health and wellbeing facilities totalling 5,854m2 GIA
• 29 council owned homes
• Associated landscape improvements to the park and the wider public realm.
