A Night with the California Skywatcher, William Selby

William Selby, native Californian, has explored, researched, and worked in every corner of the Golden State. He’s also the author of two books, “Rediscovering the Golden State” and “California Skywatcher.” In this Wednesday talk he takes you on a journey through the seasons, exploring the atmospheric science that connects us all under our single sky dome.

There will also be a second part to his talk on Saturday, October 18, at 11 am: "Unraveling Secrets Behind the Nature that Surrounds Us" followed by a Nature Walk at the Nature Center at 2pm.

During this colorful program (on Saturday), we will explore the interconnected geology, weather and climate, plants and animals, hydrology, and human impacts that rule in these mountains.

His books will also be available.
