THE FIRST OF 7 CHAKRA SOUND BATHS - A JOURNEY OF SOUND HEALING THROUGH THE CHAKRAS

Join us in connecting deeper with ourselves and re-balancing our Root Chakras with an informative class + revitalizing sound bath!

The "I Feel Safe & Secure in My Body" Chakra Sound Bath will begin with a short class about the Root Chakra and will include a relaxing performance of crystal quartz singing bowls, chakra tuning forks and a BRAND NEW shaman drum! Attendees will also be guided through a relatively themed guided meditation for increasing self-awareness and initiating transformational growth. Feel free to come alone or bring a friend (or several) and share in this elevation of mind, body and spirit for an energetic reset you won't soon forget!
