ElectricSoul Healing

Facilitator was very nice; warm, welcoming and encouraging to all of us. The room was small and quiet which was a good setting and just fit the 6 of us (attendees) nicely. The low, calm, repeating loop of music was nice but when another contrasting sound was added in I couldn't stay focused or concentrate because my brain was conflicted with what sounded like a ringtone on someone's phone. I was waiting for it to end (hoping it was a ringtone and someone just forgot to silence their phone), but then realized it wasn't a ringtone because it kept on for a longer length of time. I really tried hard to focus on myself and my body but that sound broke all focus I had. Then when she began making the sounds on the glass bowls I hoped I could go deeper again but it seemed to be futile at that point no matter how hard I tried. I do want to try again and will look into her other classes
