Yoga Wellness Connection is excited to host the Gallery Explosé pop up art exhibit from July 20th to July 26th! Come visit the Gallery during the week and enjoy beautiful and unique works of art. Saturday will be the culminating event bringing together sound creation and artwork together in a fabulous event. Please review the details below!
Color of Vibration: An Art & Sound Bath Journey
Join Nicole and Gallery Explosé in a transformative fusion of visual art, self expression, and vibrational meditation. Held in an immersive pop-up art gallery in the beautiful Sky Room at YWC, this unique event invites you to create art before, during, and/or after a deeply meditative sound bath experience. As the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, Native American flutes, chimes, rain sticks, and other ambient frequencies wash over you, allow the sound to open your senses and guide your hand. Your evolving artwork becomes a reflection of your inner landscape. Feel free to create before, within, and emerging from your journey through vibration. Connect with fellow participants, share your art, and integrate the benefits of creative self expression and sound meditation afterwards. No art experience is needed! Just bring your open mind and willingness to explore your personal creative flow. Feel free to bring your own materials or enjoy the supplies provided.
