10th Annual RHS Hustle for Mental Health

The 10th Annual RHS Hustle for Mental Health, hosted by Rehabilitative Health Services to benefit People in Need Coalition (PINC).

PINC is a 100% volunteer-run local non-profit that operates entirely on donations. Their main focus is their Grab & Go Lunch Kitchen, which provides 1200-1800 free meals each week to those in need.

To donate, please fill out the donation form in the discussion and email it to cXVlc3Rpb25zIHwgcmhzY2FyZXMgISBjb20=. You can also make your donations via check, written out to FASI (2025 5K in Memo), and mail it to PO Box 54, Iona, ID 83427, or via Venmo @RHSHustle-FASI.

This year, we will also be doing a "Lighten Your Load" run. Please bring non-perishable foods that may be donated at checkpoints along the race route. Allow these items to represent any negative thoughts or burdens weighing you down, and as you donate allow yourself to be both mentally and physically relieved of them. You will end this race "Lighter!"
