Yin Yoga class

No matter your level of flexibility, these classes are suitable for everyone and every age as we use props to help our body to reach and keep the poses for 3-5’ each. We will work on our fascia and connective tissue and every asana is lying on the mat . We will reach also a relaxation of the mind so the practice is really regenerative.

possibility to have another class every Friday at 6pm on request.
