Summer Social Group Trail Run 8k - Siesta & the Secret Tunnel

Join us on our trail run where you can discover different parts of the island and meet other runners!

Every Thursday in the summer we will run a route we call "Tunnel of Love".
The first part of this run hugs the coast, slowly climbing so that we get some great views of the coastline and the rising sun.
We visit an abandoned tunnel between 2 coastal viewpoints, before gradually climbing some more along a dried-up torrent. We will stop at 2 more viewpoints and walk up a short sharp hill in between them. We finish our run on quiet resort roads back to the start.

Bring your swimming things for a dip at the end!

The route is about 8k, and has 300m total elevation of mostly gradual climbs (which you can walk if you prefer). Some of the terrain is quite rocky. We will run slowly and stop for photos. This is a social run, not a serious training run. All abilities are welcome!

The meeting point is the bridge between Santa Eularia and Siesta, on the Siesta side.

The cost is from €25 for 1 or 2 runners/runs, with savings for more runners or multiple runs. (For residents we still offer the all-year price of €5 or 5 runs for €20). We will also be leading summer runs on Saturday morning from Salinas and Tuesday sunset from San Antonio.
