QIGONG IN THE PINES – TUESDAYS IN AUGUST ✨
Join me for a series of gentle, grounding Qigong sessions surrounded by the stillness of Ibiza’s pine forest 🌳

We’ll stretch, move, and breathe deeply — connecting body and mind with flowing movements and the calming presence of nature 🍃
