DOBARA Walk & Talk

Did you know that when you Walk & Talk you are actively doing a Dual Task Exercise?

This two in one mood booster is a great way to help prevent Cognitive Decline and also boost Social Wellbeing.

So next time, why don't you join our DOBARA troop and come Walk & Talk with us ?

The plan is to meet on the Second Saturday of every month, bright and early and walk through the park for an hour.

We meet at MALKAM CHERUVU main entrance at 6.30am on 09th AUGUST,2025
We walk while we talk
Leave at 7.30am
Please assemble at main entrance a few minutes before 6.30am

If you do not find DOBARA - please know that we start our round of walking from the left and complete the circle — so hasten to join !!

You will see the DOBARA flag flying high and moving along with the walkers!!
