Monday Beginners and Improvers Course - Drop in class

Join Jane & Sarah for a beginners & improvers yoga course. You can join the full 6 week course or book individual classes if you prefer. Each week we will guide you through calming breath work, accessible and energising yoga flow plus restorative postures and deep relaxation. These classes are friendly and welcoming to all levels (beginners and improvers). Yoga is an opportunity for self care of your body, mind and soul. We hope you can join us!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Calming breath work
Energising yoga, restorative yoga & deep guided relaxation

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, water, yoga/exercise clothes, jumper, socks & blanket (optional - yoga block, bolster, cushion)
Mats are provided if required

STUDIO ETIQUETTE: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time
