Summer Sound Baths

Immerse yourself in a Harmonic Meditative Sound Bath that will connect with you on a cellular level allowing for deep relaxation.

I use a set of 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls that are attuned to each of the 7 Chakras. A sound bath allows for deep therapeutic healing, and invites the receiver to just simply be, by listening to the sounds and drift instead of having to "not" do like other techniques in more traditional meditations.

Almost all attendants have said they have the best night sleep after coming to a sound bath.

$45/ per person.
