This is to support the 'Know Your Numbers' week run by Blood Pressure UK
Members of the Practice 🏥
Team Including Dr Franklin, our Advanced Clinical Practitioner Kathy, our Pharmacy Technician Marc and Reception Manager Helen will be supporting patients to take their own blood pressures and understand the numbers 🔢
They will also be on hand to give advice on healthy 🍽️ 🍎
lifestyle 🏃♂️ 🚲 choices and answer any related questions that you may have.
The following external organisations will also be attending, Fylde Council, AFC Fylde and the Smoking Cessation Service.
It's open to all patients of both practices Ash Tree House & Kirkham Health Centre.
