Salty Dog + Pup Triathlon

🐾 Dive Into the Fun at the Annual Salty Dog + Pup Triathlon!
Saturday, August 2 | 7:00 AM | Carey Park, Hutchinson, KS

Whether you're a seasoned triathlete, a weekend warrior, or a young go-getter, there's a spot for everyone at this year’s Salty Dog + Pup Triathlon — a high-energy, family-friendly race that winds through the scenic trails and roads of Carey Park.

🏊🚴🏃 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝟏𝟑+)
Take on the challenge solo or with friends!

• 400m swim at Salt City Splash Aquatic Center
• 10.5-mile bike ride on a closed, vehicle-free course
• 3.1-mile run on paved park trails
• Chip-timed with detailed leg, transition, and finish results.

𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• $75 through July 31 (in-person or online)
• $90 on Aug. 1 & 2 (in-person only)

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• $135 through July 31
• $150 on Aug. 1 & 2 (in-person only)

🐶 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝟓–𝟏𝟓)
Calling all young athletes! Join in after the Salty Dog for a kid-sized version of the race.

• 100m swim
• 4.2-mile bike ride
• 1-mile run
• Just like the grown-ups, the Pup Tri is chip-timed for accurate results and plenty of high-fives at the finish line.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• $45 through July 31 (in-person or online)
• $60 on Aug. 1 & 2 (in-person only)

🎽 All races take place in beautiful Carey Park on a closed course. Space is limited—register early and secure your spot on the start line!
