👩‍🍳🧠 Teen Life Skills Camp at We Rock the Spectrum Hurst! 🧠🗣️
We're helping teens build confidence—in the kitchen and in social settings!

🗓 Two Sessions | Ages 12+ | 3:00–5:00 PM
📍 Held at We Rock The Spectrum Kid’s Gym – Hurst

🍴 Session 1: Kitchen Confidence (July 8–10)
Teens will learn essential life skills like knife safety, food hygiene, and how to prepare fruits, veggies, meats—and even cook 3 simple meals from scratch!

💬 Session 2: Social Skills in Action (July 29–31)
From conversation starters to body language basics, this session helps teens strengthen social confidence through fun, interactive activities.

🎉 Both sessions take place in our sensory-safe gym, designed for all kids of all abilities.
