How to Be Me Without Them is a gentle, faith filled workshop designed to help you navigate the emotional, relational, and spiritual transitions of releasing your children into adulthood.
You will explore:
Identity beyond the parenting role
Supporting without rescuing
Navigating new communication rhythms
Rebuilding connection in marriage or singleness
Restoring friendships and community
Making decisions without guilt
Trusting God with the next season of your life
