You will have an opportunity to learn how to make herbal preparations for internal and external use while going further working the cause with diet and nutritional supplementation. Leave this class with your own hand-made herbal preparations and the knowledge to help yourself naturally.

Mary Colvin RH(AHG) is a Clinical Herbalist, mentor and herbal educator with over 17 years of experience in the herbal community. She authored "The Herbalist's Guide: How to Build and Use Your Own Apothecary" and is the founder of "Ancestral Herbology." Mary is one of the formulators for "Sprigs Life," & host of "Herbology Talk" podcast.

She Mary is especially devoted to plant sustain-ability and preservation along with educating the public on native and invasive plant species and their medicinal contributions. She stewards woodlands, prairie land, and wetlands which are home to hundreds of medicinal plants that she studies, con-nects to, and sustainably harvests from presently.
