Grounding in Nature

Grounding in Nature, Wed. Aug. 6, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Join us for a guided practice designed for all levels - we'll start with some breathing exercises to still the mind and slowly move into stretching, ending the practice with a nature-based visualization. May practice outside, weather dependent. All abilities welcome and encouraged! Ages 18+. Registration required. Limit 25. Osborn MetroPark, Roger Johnson Nature Center, 3910 Perkins Ave., Huron. You can register at eriemetroparks.org/programs.
