~ Welcome Circle, quick lifejacket fitting & waiver sign
~ Dock Stretch
~ Intro to SUP
~ 45 min paddle to practice strokes & have fun
~ 45 min yoga on the board
~ post paddle dock fruit 🍉 & sharing

To reserve your board, we ask for $30 deposit. Class cost is $125 & we are insured.
