Ignite your inner fire with a spirited group practice of 108 Sun Salutations—a sacred, moving meditation in honor of the sun’s peak radiance. Move with breath, devotion, and vitality as we activate our bodies and hearts in celebration of the solstice.

💧 12:00 PM | Nourish and Restore
Take time to nourish your body and spirit. Enjoy your packed lunch and potluck spread, soak in the healing spa amenities—hot tub, sauna, and ice bath—and gaze over the rolling Ozark hills. This is your time to replenish, vision, and integrate. Optional vision boarding will be offered as a creative practice for aligning with your future intentions.

🌬 2:15 PM | Breathwork w/ Hailey Boswell
Drop into a heart-opening breathwork journey designed to enliven, ground, and expand. Allow your breath to guide you deeper into clarity, intuition, and connection as we prepare for movement and release.

🔥 4:00 PM | Ecstatic Dance w/ Live Music by Prismada
Awaken your wild, expressive self in a high-energy ecstatic dance experience with live music by Prismada. His hypnotic fusion of tribal, Afro-Latin, and electronic rhythms will carry you through waves of release, embodiment, and soulful expansion. Move freely, dance wildly, and celebrate your aliveness.

🌻 6:00 PM | Potluck and Sunset Closing Ceremony
As the sun sets on this magical day, we’ll gather for a community potluck and closing circle. Together we’ll honor the energy we’ve cultivated, share stories, and offer songs, sounds, and presence. If you feel called, bring an instrument, drum, or your voice—we'll co-create a soulful celebration to seal our solstice ritual.
