Nutcracker Open Auditions

Open auditions for AYBT's 20th production of The Nutcracker will be held Aug. 23 at the AYBT studio. Anyone ages 7 through adult with at least 1 year of ballet experience and currently enrolled in a local studio is invited to audition.

Audition times:
Ages 7 - 8 years at 1:15 PM
Ages 9-10 years at 2:00 PM
Ages 11-12 at 2:30 PM
Teen/adult at 3:00 PM

*Fritz auditions will be held at the regular open audition times. Boys auditioning for Fritz must be 8 - 12 years of age.
**Clara spots are filled by students currently enrolled with AYBT

NOTE: There is an audition/participation fee of $90 ($75 for each additional family member) due prior to auditioning. Fees will include: a cast t-shirt, cast party between the shows, costumes, and all rehearsals.
