Come join us for 72 hours of uninterrupted writing time in glorious Port Sydney, where the view overlooking Mary Lake is bound to inspire you.
Whether you are a novelist, short story writer, biographer, screenwriter, poet, a mix of the above or something else entirely, we welcome you to take part in this year's Muskoka Novel Marathon.
Writers who participate in person will get their own dedicated writing spot, three meals a day for the duration of the Marathon, participation in scheduled events and activities, including our popular Midnight Reading (which is not always held at midnight, FYI!), and even a space to put up a camping cot if you'd like to go all and stay the whole time for the full immersive experience!
We also offer a virtual experience for writers who are not able to attend in person; you still get to take part in certain activities, but unfortunately we cannot send food through the Zoom meeting!
This is the perfect opportunity to tackle that unfinished masterpiece you've had on the backburner for the last decade, or to begin the bestseller that's been tingling your brain but you never had time to sit down and start.
Registration costs $25 for virtual attendance or $100 for in person.
Spaces are limited, so don't delay!
