Dr. Hill was appointed to a Senior Leader position in May 2017. He serves as Director, Army Materiel Command Analysis Group (AMCAG) and as Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) for AMC. He is responsible to the Commanding General for analysis and studies. Dr Hill ensures credible, timely, and independent strategic-level analysis of the materiel installations, lifecycle logistics, and services systems modeling and simulation, and data to support equipping, sustaining, and warfighting decisions. In his role as the Command’s Chief of Data and Analytics, he is responsible for the execution of analytics across the Command. To include enterprise-wide analysis and management of data standards, governance, policy and procedures.
