Join us for a transformative workshop led by Lia Hopper, LMFTA. This presentation is designed for foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers—as well as anyone caring for children who have experienced adversity. Lia will share tools and strategies for self-regulation, helping caregivers understand how calming their own nervous systems can positively influence the children in their care. Participants will learn how to recognize their own stress responses, practice simple regulation techniques, and create environments where healing and connection can flourish.
Whether you’re parenting through tough moments or seeking to strengthen family bonds, this meeting will empower you to care for yourself as you care for your kiddos. Discover how a calmer you can nurture deeper connections, promote resilience, and support your family’s overall well-being.
