Beyond the Battle

Are you or a loved one navigating life during or after cancer treatment? Join us for "Beyond the Battle", a FREE 6 week wellness series for cancer patients and their families. Sessions are held Thursday evenings from August 7-September 11, featuring experts in art therapy, nutrition, yoga, medication management, phyical therapy, and exercise. The progam is hosted by the Heart of the Valley YMCA, Clearview Cancer Institute, and the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
