Feeling a little floaty? Scattered? Need to breath out those back to school woes?
Join us for a one-hour beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you root back into yourself. Led by energy healer Sarah from Where the Wind Dances, this gentle experience begins with grounding techniques to bring you into the present moment—followed by a nourishing guided meditation to settle your nervous system and reconnect with your inner stillness.
This workshop is inclusive to all bodies and all levels of ability. If lying down or sitting on the floor isn’t accessible for you, please know you are still wholeheartedly welcome. Whether you’re in a chair, using supports, or simply observing and absorbing—your presence is valid, and your comfort matters.
That said, if you are able, this will be a floor-based guided meditation. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blanket, or anything comfy to sit or lie on so you can fully settle in.
Remember to keep your hydration game strong—don’t forget to bring a water bottle! You’re also welcome to bring any personal crystals or grounding tools you love, they can be wonderful allies in practice! Come exactly as you are, and participate in whatever way feels good for you.
