Sunset/Moonrise Horseback Ride

Bring your own horse for this leisurely naturalist-led ride to experience the sights and sounds of autumn as the sun sets and the moon rises over the East Branch Reservoir, a 4-mile out-and-back ride on the Buckeye and Maple Bridle trails!

Register to join this ride at www.geaugaparkdistrict.org under Programs & Events, then filter by program activity Horseback Riding. (NOTE: Registration is already open to Geauga County residents and opens September 27 at 10 AM for out-of-county residents.)

Riders should expect hills, gravel, and bridge and stream crossings. Please bring a shovel to clean up after your horse in the parking lot, and helmets are encouraged.
