Pedaling the Maple Highlands Trail

Savor the splendor of autumn on this 10-mile bike ride from Headwaters Park to Claridon Woodlands and back. Along the way, we’ll make a few whistle stops to share brief stories from the history of the B&O Railroad’s Lake Branch—the very rail bed beneath our wheels. Keep an eye out for “bear” crossings too—woolly bear caterpillars, that is—as they make their slow journey to winter resting spots.

**Space is limited to 30 participants, so be sure to register early! Only those who are registered may attend—we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins or additional guests. If the event fills up, you’re welcome to join the waitlist, but please note that only those contacted directly due to cancellations will be able to attend.
