BEGINNERS YOGA Weekend Workshop

The beginner’s workshop is designed to teach each of the postures in a way that gives you the confidence you are doing it right for your body’s abilities. Knowing where to expect to feel the stretch and when to go easy or use probs to help with the alignment.

This Workshop is for all levels of students, if you’re a brand-new yoga student wanting to learn the foundation of the breath and body movement, this workshop is just for you.
If you’re an seasoned yoga practitioner and you’re looking to refine your practice, perhaps tidy up some bad habits, this is just for you.

Bring your learners mind and let’s create a space for you to find what feels good in your body and the awareness of what you need to work on and when to soften. Growing your personal experience of yoga.
