Stay Grounded - Fall Prevention Worshop for ALL Fitness Levels

Stay Grounded!

September is Fall Prevention Month and with that SOTP's Community Outreach and Wellness Committee would like to offer a class to keep all of our members/loved ones on their feet!

Taught by Danae Molitor, a certified AFAA certified group fitness instructor specializing in senior/active adult fitness, this workshop is for ALL fitness levels! Learn techniques to help you lower your risk of falling and injuring yourself. Exercises will include movements that improve your balance, strength and mobility. Learn how to fall proof your home and get strategies on safety measures that will prepare you…not scare you!! Exercises will be done both seated and standing, but modifications can be made to accommodate any limitations.
