Spook ‘n Smash: Cardio and Match Play Special

Get your heart racing with 90 minutes of high-energy Cardio Tennis followed by 30 minutes of match play. Costumes are encouraged and seasonal snacks and apple cider will be provided. Don’t miss this Halloween workout full of fun, fitness and festive treats.
