The Meridien Duo in Concert�Featuring Christine Doré, Piano & Anthony Arnone, Cello with a program of works by Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, Amy Beach, and Andrea Casarrubios.
The concert will take place at 3:00 PM at St. John’s Church, located at Main Street and Prospect Street in Huntington Village. In addition to the performance, Anthony Arnone will lead a free cello master class on the same day, from 12:30 to 2:00 pm.

About the artists:
Pianist Christine Doré enjoys an active and varied career as a teacher, chamber 1 of 2 musician, accompanist, coach, recording artist and soloist. She has been a Professor of Music at Suffolk Community College since 2019 and previously held the same position at LIU Post. Ms. Doré has performed extensively throughout the US and Europe, and is always happy to perform with friends in Huntington.
Called “a cellist with rich tonal resources, fine subtlety and a keen sense of phrasing” (Gramophone), cellist Anthony Arnone enjoys a varied career as a soloist, chamber musician, conductor, recording artist, composer, teacher and author throughout the country and around the world. Mr. Arnone has been the professor of cello at the University of Iowa School of Music since 2001 and enjoys combining music with his other passion of running marathons.
