Fresh off their victory in the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) are forced to embark on a grueling victory tour of the Districts of Panem. Katniss senses a brewing rebellion, exacerbated by the announcement of a new Hunger Games, the Quarter Quell, which will force past victors to compete again. This time, the games are much more dangerous, with new rules and a deadly arena designed to test the limits of Katniss and the other victors.
