Sweat & Groove

Everybody and every body! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on and groove to the music. Let's take the "work" out of workout! You will enjoy the mixing of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Get your groove on and become a part of the L4L Community!
