You’ll begin with breathwork and intention setting, then be immersed in layers of therapeutic sound from bowls, bells, rattles, and drums—all designed to calm the nervous system and restore your energy field. Reiki energy is offered throughout to amplify your healing, clear blocks, and anchor you in peace.
