My daughter Julia’s class offering is now EVERY Sunday at 11am in Huntington at 202 E Main Street, Suite 301. Space is limited so you don’t want to miss out!

Julia is an LMSW, w/her MSW from Columbia University, a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer. She also teaches a class on Thursdays at 9:15am at Yoga Blue in Northport����

Julia does Private Personal Training as well as Psychotherapy. Her clients for therapy are typically young adults and high school aged kids �
