Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Welcome to a safe and supportive space for your journey to motherhood (and beyond). A prenatal practice may help you relieve pregnancy aches and pains, prepare for birth and connect with local moms-to-be.

Along with performing postures modified for the needs of your trimester, you'll cultivate a breathing practice, develop stamina and strength and improve balance and circulation.

Torie Sizemore is a RYT-200 yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for over ten years. Since her recent pregnancy and birthing experience she learned to see her yoga practice in a whole new light.

Torie has developed a passion for pre and post natal movement. She practiced yoga and taught group fitness throughout her pregnancy and truly believes it helped prepare her for birth and made her recovery more enjoyable.

She hopes to help Mamas embrace their changing bodies and feel their best throughout their pregnancy journey.
