Beyond the Book Book Club: Treasure Island

Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson - Dive into the original pirate adventure story! This September, we’ll take a close look at Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic and discover how the novel forever changed the image of pirates in popular culture. Examine a pistol, a peg leg, and other pirate-related artifacts in our collections as we tease pirate fact from fiction in this swashbuckling book club discussion.

Free for Museum members and members of South Huntington and Cold Spring Harbor Libraries. $15 Participant.
