Welcome to our 2nd Annual Ms. Catfish Festival Pageant, hosted by the Huntington Business
Owner’s Association (HBOA). We are so excited to continue this wonderful program with this
year’s list of festival activities. This pageant is a little different without the usual glitz and glamor,
and instead highlighting girls aged newborn to 18 years old, showing off the natural beauty,
character, conduct and convictions of the wonderful young ladies living in our communities.
All winners and families will assist in working the Catfish Festival on October 4th in Centennial
Park, serving as MC, greeters, errand runners, booth representatives, and other areas of interest.
All will wear their pageant shirts, crowns, sash and anything else to bring attention to this event.
Everyone must dress appropriately and bring their biggest smile not only to represent the pageant,
