2025 Huntington Nutcracker Auditions!

Join us for auditions for the 2025 Huntington Nutcracker presented by Huntington Dance Theatre!

Dancers ages 10 and up from our community are welcome to register to audition for roles in our 2025 show, the kickoff to Huntington Dance Theatre's 45th season! Led by ballet master Robert Royce, all auditioning students will participate in a full ballet class adjudicated by HDT directors, staff, and board members.

Dancers are required to bring a headshot to the audition, and should wear a leotard of their choice, tights, and ballet slippers, with hair pulled back in a bun or French twist. Light makeup is optional. Dancers en pointe should bring their pointe shoes for the second half of the audition, but pointework is not required.

Auditioning does NOT guarantee a role in the show. Results will be posted online via our website within two weeks following the audition.
