The Inner Child in You: A Re-Introduction Workshop
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly putting others before yourself?

This transformative afternoon workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your inner child and cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and inner peace.

Led by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Linda Sleszynski, participants will explore self-judgment, trust, and emotional regulation in a supportive and compassionate setting.
