Four times a year, we gather for a spacious two‑hour retreat that blends yoga, meditation, herbal tea rituals, and reflective practices inspired by the elements — Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.

Settle into the quiet of winter with a restorative retreat devoted to grounding and nourishment. Through a warming cinnamon–turmeric–reishi tea, gentle restorative yoga or yoga nidra, and teachings on the Earth element, you’ll create a steady foundation for the year ahead. A peaceful invitation to root, rest, and reconnect with yourself. $39
