Nova Tandem Deadlift Throwdown!

Max tandem deadlift
Single sex and mixed sex pairs
How:
Rising bar
Starting at 100kg
Increasing in 50kg increments
(til it gets really heavy!)
Write your name on the whiteboard to be included. We can set you up with a partner if you don’t have one!
Cost:
£10pp - part of you entry goes to the charity Together We Lift Events.
You can lift in both same sex and mixed sex pairs for 1 entry fee, as many times as you want!
Entry includes:
Can of monster/Nocco
Snacks and sweets to get you through the evening

We are borrowing the @together.we.lift.events tandem deadlift bar from Mon 21-Sat 26th July, so as a member, you’ll have the opportunity to lift with your mates during 1 of our coached sessions that week. Video it and submit your best lift to us to be included.
Prize for the top mens pair, top female pair and top mixed pair.
