Mindful Breastfeeding Workshop
with Natasha Hannah - Breastfeeding Consultant and Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner
Join us for an intimate and nurturing workshop designed to prepare you for the beautiful, complex journey of breastfeeding while incorporating mindfulness techniques and meaningful connection between you and your baby. This isn't just another breastfeeding class - it's a gentle space where expectant parents can explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of breastfeeding while building supportive relationships with others on the same journey.
What Makes This Workshop Different?
Practical Wisdom: We will discuss finding comfortable, sustainable feeding positions, reading your baby’s feeding cues, common challenges and how to approach difficulties with curiosity rather than anxiety
Mindful Approach: We go beyond the mechanics of breastfeeding to explore the deeper connection between you, your baby, and your body. Learn to approach breastfeeding with presence, intention, and self-compassion.
Community Focus: Connect with other expectant parents in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Leave with genuine friendships and a support network that extends far beyond birth.
Holistic Preparation: Address not just the "how" but the "what if" and "how will I feel" aspects of breastfeeding that other classes often overlook.
