Dance aerobics with Salsa! Thursday nights in Fenstanton

Like to dance?? Join the fun with these fitness classes which pack in a dance aerobics warm up, some cardio kick and a salsa routine, followed by toning and relaxing stretches. High / low impact options to suit varying levels of fitness, beginners very welcome. Please wear trainers, and do bring a mat for toning work at the end, and a bottle of water to sip. (Some spare mats available if you need to borrow one). £6.50 entry or various subscriptions and five / ten classes tickets also available. Payment via card or cash on arrival, or pre-book via my website.
