Free Self-Defense Workshops

Are you ready to learn the skills to be more confident in your ability to defend yourself when in the situations we hope you never experience? This is a teen/adult session, open only to participants 13 years and older. Even if you've never stepped foot on a martial arts mat, you'll learn simple skills to protect yourself, boost your confidence, and have fun! This in-person event will be held at our Premier Martial Arts Huntersville location at 9810 Gilead Road, in Huntersville. Invite your friends and family join too! This is one-hour, hands-on session designed for to share introductory principles and practice some of the most common moves. Our free workshops are limited to 20 participants per session. Please take advantage of this free, no-obligation opportunity to be safe! Space is limited.

Info: This session is open to men and women ages 13 or more. You will spend the hour on our mat discussing key principles of self-defense and getting hands-on experience defending yourself in some of the most common situations.
